TikSpark is 'not intended for children under 13 years of age'. Users under 18 must have 'parental consent' to use the app. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete the account.

3. Content Moderation

We prohibit and actively monitor any content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be immediately removed, and we will report it to law enforcement. Our moderation system includes automated AI detection and manual review.
